Valdības 22.februāra vienošanās par 2011.gada valsts budžeta papildus konsolidācijas pasākumiem paredz lielāko daļu pasākumus īstenot paaugstinot ieņēmumus no tautsaimniecības nozaru apgrūtināšanas ar neprognozētu un nepamatotu nodokļu un nodevu slogu. Politiķi kārtējo reizi nespēj samazināt izdevumus vai apliecināt spēju veicināt uzņēmējdarbības un nodarbinātības aktivitāti. Šādi grozījumi tikai nostiprina investoru pārliecību, ka investēt uzņēmējdarbībā Latvijā nav droši, jo nepārtraukti tiek mainīti uzņēmējdarbību regulējošie tiesību akti, nodokļi un nodevas.
Lēmums par nodokļu likmju palielināšanu ir nepieņemamas un parāda koalīcijas nespēju vienoties par nozaru pārvaldības uzlabošanu un nepamatoto izmaksu samazināšanu. Pašreiz kopīgi ar LDDK biedriem un sadarbības partneriem šobrīd izvērtējam plānoto izmaiņu ietekmi uz uzņēmējdarbības vidi un nodarbinātību. LDDK gatavojas sarunai ar valdības un arodbiedrību pārstāvjiem š.g.10.martā Nacionālās Trīspusējās sadarbības padomē, lai rastu tautsaimniecībai un sabiedrībai labākus risinājumus.
LDDK sagaida, ka valdības pārstāvji sniegs plašāku informāciju par plānoto pasākumu pamatotību un ietekmes novērtējumu uz konkrētām nozarēm, kā arī izpildes prognozēm. Ceram, ka ministri izmatos iespēju sniegt alternatīvus priekšlikumus izdevumu samazināšanas virzienā un ieņēmumus kāpinās no ekonomiskās aktivitātes – ES fondu apguves, reālas cīņas ar ēnu ekonomiku, investīciju piesaistes un labākas kapitālsabiedrību pārvaldības. Par šo ieņēmumu pozīcijām valdībai jāizstrādā pamatota un vienota metodika ar starptautiskajiem aizdevējiem.
LDDK savas bažas, par ieņēmumu prognožu izpildi atkārtoti ceļot nodevas un nodokļus, kā arī pieaugot ēnu ekonomikai un darba vietu skaita kritumam ir paudusi arī Starptautisko aizdevēju pārstāvjiem Latvijā šā gada 22.februārī.
